When I used it, I got gallon cans and painted it on with a brush. I was lining inside some swamp coolers. There is, also, a powder coating process.

There is an electrical barrier formed between steel and air. The zinc is sacrificial, and has to be renewed after several years.

These staples are listed via the home-store description as "Indoor" use despite it being listed as galvanized. I guess when they list it as a "Galvanized Finish" it's meant to be only that....a finish for aesthetics and not galvanization for function?

Could it be that the previous lot of staples were electroplated instead of hot galvanized?

Just wanting to make sure that these are actually indeed galvanized. And not that this batch didn't make it thru the process, hence it not having that copper hue to it.
