There is an almost 100% chance it cannot be done the way you ask. The light almost certainly has only the switched hot coming from the switch.
Also, it makes absolutely no sense to wire it though the light, back and forth from the switch to find a constant hot.
Just find a constant feed and take power from that. Keep in mind you are not allowed to take power from places like kitchen, bathroom or laundry receptacle circuits.

You will need to bring the hot (black) wire up from before the switch,
through the light box and down to your outlet. In the light box bring
down the white and ground wire to your outlet also. Thus you have wired
around the switch for the outlet.
