RE: [DIY] I broke my Truck

 

I've had disks lock up from a bad master cylinder, but it was forward and back. I'm guessing there's something crunchy in the diff.

I have had drum brakes lock up just like this. But I am sure that this
truck has discs on the front. Have never had a disc lock up.

I don't think it's the brakes, because the wheels rotate when driving
backwards.

Water expands when it freezes. Might be enough to engage the brakes. A torch
on the brake lines might help free it up if that is what it is. The goal is
just to warm up the brake fluid to above freezing, not melt the brake lines.
