Have you thought of using the square snap in plugs, the punch for a duplex
outlet will be very expensive and I doubt you will find one that does not
require a large press, but you can get a square punch quite easily.

Anyone know of a source for dies to punch holes in sheet metal to allow
installation 15-20 amp 120 volt outlets? (USA style plugs)

I want to investigate the possibility of some power strips to fit custom
spaces.
