[DIY] Re: electrical punch outs

 



Dave,

This is the punch I used to use:

It only punches one hole at a time, and it's a real pain to keep the holes aligned so that the flats are parallel.

I found a local sign shop that has a small tabletop CNC gantry mill that uses a dremel-tool type of cutter. He has been able to mill in outlet openings on metal enclosures for me for a reasonable cost, much easier than using the punch.
