Dave, it may be too much work, but I tend to think in terms of 'make due, save money'.
Would it be possible to drill two holes side by side to create the side curves , then plain
saw the top and bottom to give you the final shape? Depending on the thickness of the
material, I run for my Dremel tool first. You could create a template to help position the
holes etc on the center screw hole.
