[DIY] Solar Light Question

 

Might be a little technical, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the chip is that is in the solar lights. I can ID all the other parts, the Resistors, The Diode, The CDS, The LED, but not the chip. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
