In keeping with the established science of "Diminishing Returns" domestic and wild life living in the North will soon be flocking to the south in search of breathable air, and a like number from the south may be likewise moving north in an attempt to escape rising levels of uncomfortable air pressures. This has been determined by carefully calculating the volumetric depletion and build up of the atmosphere caused by endless days of enduring cold north winds in the Central US. There are some indications that this condition may be caused by the large amount of our precious atmosphere which has been captivated in the inflation of the multi-millions of tires and air tanks now in common use throughout the temperate southern regions. Our esteemed scientists here at the (Center for The Science of Diminishing Returns) have determined that a quick and do-able solution to this condition would to immediately deflate every tire and pressure tank now in world wide use, thus returning the world's atmospheric pressure to its ancient pristine condition.
