If it is 120 volt 20 amp or less, probably apx. $700.  If a permit is involved, it could be $1000 because he has to meet the inspector on a second day.
I would do it for $500, but I don't charge typical rates.  If it is 240 volt, the GFCI alone would be $100 extra.  Find someone who is willing to work for $30/hr. you provide materials.

There are a lot of variables to consider.  How far from the panel to pool equipment (not the actual pool)?
Are we talking about an above ground pool or in-ground?  1 or 2 motors (2nd motor for a skimmer)?
Brand of existing panel and are spaces available (is it FPE or Zinsco)?
Do you need timers?
