Any roofers out there for advice?
.I have three outbuildings that have rusty tin roofs, some are over 30 years old , only one leaks when it rains hard . All have shallow enough roofs for me to try to do the work myself.
I have visited U-tube and can't find a proper way to address these eyesores.
One of these buildings will be kept and the others will go on the market along with the property in Spring.
Is it usually cheaper to put on new tin? Could new go on top of old?
Our neighbors had a company come in and spray painted with a reflective silver paint and that was 4 years ago and the roof was very rusty. it still looks perfect.
