In addition to the error below, another thing that's always bothered me about reports of wind chill is that no meteorologist ever talks about wind chill in the summertime. Doesn't exactly the same phenomenon that makes the weather worse in freezing temperatures tend to make it better in a heat wave?

an apple if you observe at it from the left or look at it from the right..but it never
looks like a pear or banana...wind chill is restricted to living beings.
Period.
Inanimate objects do not experience wind chill as discussed in the article I posted.
Thermo transfers are not wind chill per se but a system of heat transfer dynamics
defined as either adiabatic or not...which means heat either leaves the system (pipes)
or not...
cooling a pipe with a wind NEVER lowers the temperature below ambient!.. a frosted
pipe does not experience wind chill ...one cannot turn an apple into a banana no
matter how hard you try. WInd chill belongs to living beings and not pipes, radiators,
airplane wings, etc etc
period.
Lowering the temperature below ambient (in a living being) is wind chill!!
Other cooling effects/affect are in the realm of thermodynamics and not human wind chill."
