I ordered a carbon activated cabin filter for my Toyota Sienna from Amazon. The picture showed a filter with black dots all over it, as opposed to the non-carbon filter which is shown as pure white. I checked the filter manufacturer’s site and they describe the non-carbon filter as the white filter.
When I received my filter, it was in the right box with the right part number but the filter was lily white. I think they packaged the wrong filter. Has anyone actually seen what a carbon activated cabin filter is supposed to look like?
Thanks,
Bob
