Umm...I think that's a bit beyond my "smarts"...not sure how the clock would stay on it, and how to make sure the weights (for "winding" it up), and the pendulum would all line up. 
With my luck, I'd probably end up with a big hole in the middle, that the clock would just fall through. Result---unfixable clock........ ^o^
