[DIY] Garage Door Weather stripping

 

I want to put some weather stripping around the sides and top of my garage door.  A product sold at home depot (described at this link http://www.frostking.com/dual-vinyl-garage-door-side-and-top-weatherseal/) looks like what I need but I cannot find any instructions anywhere on how to position it relative to the garage door so that it seals when the door closes.  The door is a conventional 8' x 16' rolling overhead door.
