Yours? Or theirs.
They must slop drives etc away from their house.
You CAN complain (to the city) if it slopes toward
YOURS and they did not include a drainage system.
Just went thought this, this AM.
Next, visit (FAST!) the issue of sun impairment.
Most places now say you have "solar rights."
If it casts more shade on you, or where solar panels
might have gone, or on your plants, you do have SOME rights.
Do NOT give them up readily. Use them as leverage.
