Provide the refrigerator make, model number and I'll poke around the net a bit to see if I can find a picture of where this fan or servo motor lives.

Same here -
did it myself, but i'm a little handier than the average diy'er -
then again, it might depend on the make -
some would b easier than others.

When mine did that (freezer fine, fridge too warm), it was the little fan
that blows the cold air from the freezer to the fridge. I'm not sure it'a a
DIY project to replace it. I called a repairman.
