Joyce I forgot to say I had a front loader when they were out the first time, years and years ago. I didn't like them then and wouldn't buy one today. They have their own set of problems. Just never occurred to me when I purchased this set that all the new "energy saving" designs would have such a negative impact on my wash. I read where people say how clean their clothes get but if it's true I wish they would share their secret.
