The box is GE TLM612RH and under that it says K140 + MOD 6

I'm striking out everywhere. The company one of you suggested said they wouldn't have anything like that. Called several electric supply places (even Lowe's), and none of them have any idea where I could get a cover. GE doesn't want to deal with individuals. So far haven't found any sheet metal shops that would fabricate one. Not sure they would make it the way it "should" be made...
It's made me nervous long enough, and I might be renting the house out soon, and that makes me even more nervous. Seems like this would be a pretty common problem. Am I the only one who worries about it?
