when we bought this house two uears ago ,the box had a cover that kept falling off and the inspectors did say we should have that fixed ,plus we had a problem with the electricity going out if too many things were plugged in. but they did pass us. we just last moth had a whole new box put in it cost 1,200. but we had a few other things done along with it
