I've had my 2-cycle blower for less than a year and have already discovered a severed fuel line and a cracked air pump line. I can repair it myself as I've done this a couple times on a trimmer. My question is whether fuel and carb lines are standard for all lawn equipment. I have leftover lines from the parts kit that was purchased for my trimmer. They look like they are the same size (gauge) to the blower lines but I can't be for certain. I've located the part kit online for the Husqvarna blower but there are no specs for the lines to compare (and surprisingly Sears doesn't even sell it). Bottom line is I'm wondering if it's safe to use the new trimmer lines in the blower. If the line is slightly off in size would that mess anything up or is it the carb itself that regulates the intake.
