contact paper cut a few inches wide and laid the width of
the sink over the rusted lip would last a week or few.
Ditto, spray enamel paint. Just tape the lip off from the rest.
Don't paint the whole thing. Newspaper to avoid overspray.
Condolences, of course.
If you have room, preferred nowadays is a divided sink, one
side being only large enough for a garbage disposal. Measure
the depth of what you have to avoid disappointment after a sale.
