[DIY] Installing a farm sink

This weighs 90lbs, will be undermount.  Countertops will be preformed glass, once cabinets are in and sink installed they make a template and form the countertop to those exact measurements.   I've read up on building the support, making the template for the apron front…..just not positive where the top of the sink should reach.  The countertop is 1" thick, so set the sink level with the top of the cabinet? Then the glass countertop will surround it??  It's a  30" sink, 33" farmhouse sink cabinet base ordered.  There are no upper cabinets and other than the sink, a fairly easy layout to install.  We have a young man helping with the framing, he's done kitchen installs but never a farmhouse sink.   Getting this set right is extremely important - but hate to pay $700-1000 to a cabinet installer just to be sure the sink is set right.

We have the new water lines installed now, so when we set the sink we should probably go ahead and install the garbage disposal, dishwasher etc before the countertop man comes to make the template?  That way we know exactly how it should be set??  I feel like a kid with building blocks, if each one isn't lined up right the whole thing comes down.
