Thanks everyone. I passed along all the suggestions, and I'm not quite sure how she did it but she got it off - and said she didn't plan to put a lock back on. A homicide detective in real life she can add one more skill to her resume, LOL. I have to say, I'm proud of this kid. She investigates crime for a living, can ride and train horses like the horse whisperer, then lets her hair loose, dresses up and is a beautiful young woman. This generation of young women makes me proud! It had to be done and since she was the one who was off, she did it. I would have called my husband, then AAA, LOL,
