Nancy, my garage door is way older. A year or two ago, I needed to reprogram the remotes because they didn't work. I looked up solutions, found a couple of youtube videos on how to find the reset button and reprogram. Unfortunately, my quarter century old opener didn't conform to any of the suggestions. A younger family member fixed it somehow, but he had to use his electric and electronic repair knowledge.
Anyhow, the box on your garage ceiling has a drop cover over the light. Release it and look for a little red button, (none on mine) With your remote up close to it, reset. Don't know if you can do a few at a time or not, but think it should work that way. That is, the signal is going out no matter how many devices you have.
General tip: Do not let your dog operate the remote no matter what he says.
