Didn't have a lot of things back then, eight kids and a stay at home full time Mom didn't leave room for much, but we did survive and we so far don't have to visit any of the children on week ends at the penitentiary.

I have always thought a floor drain would be a wonderful addition, especially back in the days when we did a ton of canning and freezing. Clean ups and spills would have been far less traumatic.
