for that matter you can put a $1.99 wal-mart door stop wedge under the
door without having to install a magnetic door stop

One approach is a magnetic door stop.  It mounts to the baseboard with a corresponding small metal plate attached to the door.  The magnet holds the door in place when it is open.  They are available any place that door hardware is sold.

My bathroom door into the commode room keeps shutting.  It will not stay open and when I try to clean it is a real pain.  How do you get a door to stay open.  I assume it is obviously not level, but I have tried loosening some of the hinges and tightening others but it still shuts every time.  How do I fix this please?
