[DIY] paint scraper suggestions??

 

I need to scrape paint between the gutter and crown moulding 18 feet up. My scrapers will not fit between the moulding and half round gutter. A wire brush would work as well if it would fit between. There is about one inch between them. This is not going to be done as the rest of the house because I can not afford to have a contractor come and take the gutter down and reinstall it when the painting is finished. The rest of the house has been stripped down to bare wood and sanded where needed before painting. This project is a long one.
