Hi. Me again.

As I reread you project description I have never used tape on the outside of the paper or frame. We framed to "museum" standards which was the steps I told you about. We used alpha mat (acid -free- made from cotton) as well as alpha 2-ply. You can get that at any frame shop. The foam core does not need to be alpha because it does not come in contact with the print. The whole thing gets sealed up and is a nice package.
