A few weeks ago I asked about saving the tomatoes. We lost a couple of the smaller ones in the first freeze but the big bushes we covered survived and all that wonderful fruit ripened on the vine. In fact, I picked 6 cherry tomatoes this morning, not the best flavor but were still good. In fact, we were putting in some bulbs today and I'm surprised that my spring blooming flowers are blooming again for the third time this year. Several times we've picked everything thinking that would be the end, and darned if they're not starting again. I'm afraid they will be so confused by this weather, I won't have anything blooming next spring.
70 degrees again today - tornados in CA and earthquakes in OK, makes a person wonder.
