They make plastic decking boards. Try googling plastic lumber.

The bottom portion is rotted because of water. I'd like to cut the bottom portion (10-12") and in its place attach some type of plastic material to the bottom that will resist water. Sturdy yet flexible would be a bonus.
Any ideas? I'm not sure that they make lawn edging that tall. Trying to think outside of the box. Still interested in ideas even if it isn't plastic.
