Not sure of your question.  If you're installing panelling they make corner pieces to match and they are installed over the panelling where two pieces meet at the corner.  It covers any raw edges or small gaps.    If you're putting up vinyl corners to protect them from getting chipped and dinged,  we've always put those on first, then textured and and painted right over them.
