[DIY] Need advice regarding terrazo tile floors

 

Our old house has them and I want to deep clean and then seal them. I do not know anything about sealers and the more I've looked today the more confused I've gotten. Is there a good not going to kill me expensive sealer for concrete maybe that I could use that would not take 100 years to dry?
