Its always a good idea to check out your house for leaks. Leaks cost
money and knowing exactly where they are will help you focus on fixing
the right things. Us an engineer that its his only business doing
audits thus he will not have any other agenda like selling you something.
We just has one done to our house and it proved very informative.
