orange peel isn't that hard to paint. more nap on the roller was all I needed. don't know about trying to remove it though. but if you put it on to cover imperfections why would you remove it? its not deep and looks pretty good if done right. you can even buy it in spray cans to do touch ups.

Textured walls cover a multitude of imperfections, but they are a real pain
to repaint and when you decide to remove the texture, and you will, it will
be a major hassle to try to fix.

If I do my walls with orange peel texture, would that cover up a lot of
flaws? Also -- I suppose I would definitely have to hire a professional
painter because there is no way I could handle a sprayer.
