Trying to research plumbing code for water heater exhaust flue.  Any idea where I can find that or does anyone know the answer to these questions please.

The flue runs out through the exterior wall and then runs up outside parallel to the exterior wall.  Does it need to be above the roof?
How far from the side of a window does it need to be (or can it be over the window area)?
How far away from the wall does it need to sit?
