being a block foundation I will be very hard to find the exact point where the water enters on the outside of your foundation despite knowing where in comes out on the inside, picture your foundation like a stack of champagne glasses as the block cavities fill and spill over the water will travel till it finds an outlet, there are products that are applied to inside walls such as drylock paint that may help.I have not used such products so hopefully someone within the forum that has could help you with a solution to this problem. hope this helps jeff
