RE: [DIY] Yellow Jackets?

I second the use of gasoline. Pour about a 12 or sixteen ounce cup of gasoline (do not use styrofoam cup) down
the hole leading to the nest. A cool early morning when the hive is not active is a good time for this.
You do not need to light the gasoline, it will kill the yellow jackets with out it.

How to safely get rid of a ground nest.

If a baby bird landed by the nest will Yellow Jackets kill a baby bird?

We usually use a wasp spray to kill them but a friend lives in a
housing community and a nest of baby birds is right above where she
thinks the ground yellow jackets are.
I'm not sure what to tell her.
