On TOH some years back, they showed that you can buy a DIY 2-part spray foam, with hose and spray gun, and the parts come in cans similar to 15-lb propane. This way, you could do yourself, in stages, at your time-schedule, at substantial cost savings. You might get on the phone and talk with lumber yards, insulation companies and other suppliers to locate. The worst you can do is waste the time of a few phone calls.
