You may have plugged piping. Galvanized pipe will lose its "Galvanic" zinc and rust. If you have to replace, use PEX.

Pressure stays around 30 when running.

Pressure tank and piping in and out of it are steel galvanized.

This pressure tank is an older one without a bladder.
