I don't know what a tank without a bladder looks like but if I had a bladder tank I would do this.
1. Shut off power to the pump.
2. drain the tank
3. use air compressor to precharge tank to 30 PSI
4. turn power on
5 adjust pump pressure switch to turn pump on at 35 PSI and off at 60 PSI
6. make further adjustment to pump pressure switch based on personal preference.
This can all be done in about 30 minutes at no cost. the part I don't know about is if you can precharge a tank that does not have a bladder. If you gave a valve stem on the tank that looks like a tire valve stem you are in business. Hope this helps.
