[DIY] NON-RUSTING Bath window curtain rod tip

 

AFTER YEARS OF SUFFERING WITH METAL CURTAIN RODS at the bath window rusting, requiring replacement every 3-6 months, I looked for a plastic rod and then, not finding one, decided to use 1/2"-PVC pipe. (or 3/4") But, HOW to mount, and then realized pipe PVC END CAPS.  Just drill the center of the cap and mount to the wall, FEMALE out.
    2-end caps, 1/4" drill bit, (ss/galvanized) screws
    2-PVC elbows (NO GLUE)
    length of pipe, cut two short and 1 long to your specs
    Push parts together and paint with KRYLON paint of your color choice (Dries in 12-15 minutes
    Pull 1-elbow and install curtain with shower curtain hangers, and install on wall.  JUST PUSH PARTS TOGETHER
