Amazon has it. Not expensive. Not like this one, but does the same job. Ir's called a dowel pin fluter.

It is a hardened steel plate that is mounted to a bench or table and used to score dowels for gluing. You just drive the dowel through its corresponding hole with a mallet to score dowels of any length.
