Sounds to me like a job for an oscillating tool, and a half-moon blade for ceramic.

The person who installed our bathroom tile should be shot (or at least spanked). The grout lines are so uneven, going from 1/4 an in to almost 3/4 of an inch and the grout is crumbling out. We need to change the tile but we have a jetted tub which was put over the top of the tile. How can we get the tile out without damaging the tub. How do you cut it away right next to the tub? We can't lift out the tub so have to rip all the tile out, and retile up next to the tub. Help!!Joan O.
