Dodge City huh? Weeeelllll, I had this great great uncle out that ways. Called him Uncle Whiskey Bill! He did his share of drinking (probably more). Said the only thing Dodge City was good for was cattle russling! They finally caught him when the still sucked his tongue into the discharge spout and he couldn't get away! That whiskey was probally made with sparkling spring water. (Which there was an abundance of back then).
