Industrial Clorox cleaner (home depot) should do it. Be sure to use outdoors.
We purchased some whilte vinyl fence about 4 years ago and it had been stored in a barn for a year before that. Many of the boards have gray/dirty looking areas.We have had them stored outside, in the rain and elements since we brought them here and the dark areas are still there.
What can we use to brighten them up?Thank you for your suggestions
