Lay the drain tubing and cover it well with gravel and filter cloth. Then when putting int the rubble stop and add a layer of dirt every few inches that should lessen the setteling some a good spray of watr will help mover the dirt is the rubble and this might help with future setteling. If you are in an area that is inspected run it by them first.
