[DIY] Spoke to Kilz rep

 

I spoke to Kilz rep today and he told me that latex will bond to oil base primer. It will not bond to oil base paint. That seems to be solved. And he also told me that the oil base primer will be thicker than water base primer. Therefore, I am probably going to buy a small can of oil base soon and try it out.
