Hi, I was just going over some emails and came across yours, I don't know if anybody answered you yet, but it might prove to be helpful if you call Zinsser or Kilz 800 number and explain your problem. I am having a similar problem and am currently trying Kilz Premium or Kilz2, but I know Zinsser makes a product called GARDZ which is supposed to seal in stuff. You can find the 800 numbers on the net, for Kilz go to masterchem.com, and for zinsser I'm not sure, but Zinsser also comes highly recommended and you also might want to check with them.
