I don't know if this video applies to your model number or not but it gives you an idea of how to test and replace the water fill switch.
I am not an appliance repairman, but to verify that the solenoid valves are good, is the water off when the machine is not turned on? If water does not flow until you set the timer to run, they are OK and it has to be in a water level sensor not cutting off the control signal to the solenoids.
