You don't suppose he might have been pulling your leg. I would think the difference would have effected a good rum and coke. Come to think of it, I haven't had one of those since I was in Jamaica and that was back in the 50's. I guess when I found Scotch I lost my interest in rum, and before that it was screw-drivers, but we won't go there.
